TEST PROCTOR’S INSTRUCTION & CERTIFICATION

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FIRST BEFORE ADMINISTERING THE FINAL EXAMINATION.

The enclosed examination is for the purpose of determining if the student will receive Appraisal education credits. As a sponsor’s designated test proctor, you should read, review with the student the following and requirements under which the examination is to be administered.

Per state regulation, a test proctor may NOT be related by blood, marriage or any other relationship to the student taking this examination, which would influence you from properly administering the examination.

1. FINAL EXAM TIME: (As a rule of thumb, for each question, the time allowed is 1.5 minutes)

3 hours for Real Estate Appraisal or Real Estatae Principles. (100 multiple choice questions).

1.0 hour for NATIONAL USPAP course. (50 questions)

The examination is a closed-book examination monitored by the proctor.

2. RULES IN TAKING FINAL EXAMINATION

Test proctor shall establish the following final examination rules for approved offerings:

(a) Student to present a current Drivers License before taking the examination.

(b) The student is not allowed to reference to any printed material.

(c) Student shall not communicate with any person except the test administrator.

(d) Copying questions and making notes from a final examination is prohibited.

(e) Calculator with programmable memory or printing capacity is not allowed.

A violation of any of these rules disqualifies the student from taking the final examination and could prevent the issuance of his/her license.

This examination is to be administered under continuous supervision.

1. I certify, that as the sponsor's authorized representative who has the responsibility of administering the required final examination for a approved education course, I have received, read and understand the final examination requirements, contained in the “Test Proctor’s Instruction” provided to me by the course sponsor.

2. I further certify that I am not related by blood, marriage or any other relationship to the person taking this examination, which would influence me from properly administering the examination.

3. I further certify that the student took the enclosed exam under my supervision and in full compliance with the instructions and requirements provided to me by the course sponsor in the “Test Proctor’s Instruction”.
