On February 20, 2004, the AQB formally
adopted the Sixth Exposure Draft, with changes to the qualification
criteria becoming effective on January 1, 2008. A copy of the Draft
has been attached.

education requirements would increase from 180
hours to 300 hours. |
3000 hours of which1500 must be non-residential
and 2 1/2 years of acceptable appraisal experience.
Applicants must hold a BACHELORS DEGREE,
or higher, from an accredited college, junior college, or university
unless specific collegiate subject matter courses from an accredited
college, junior college, community college or university, have
