On February 20, 2004, the AQB formally
adopted the Sixth Exposure Draft, with changes to the qualification
criteria becoming effective on January 1, 2008. A copy of the Draft
has been attached.

DEGREE, or higher, from an accredited college, junior college,
or university unless specific collegiate subject matter courses
from an accredited college, junior college, community college
or university, have been successfuuuly passed. |

hours to 300 hours. |
3000 hours of which1500 must be non-residential
and 2 1/2 years of acceptable appraisal experience.
Applicants must hold a BACHELORS DEGREE,
or higher, from an accredited college, junior college, or university
unless specific collegiate subject matter courses from an accredited
college, junior college, community college or university, have
been successfuuuly passed. |
