FINAL
EXAMINATION PROCTORING
It is the sponsor’s responsibility
to make the final determination as to the designation of the final examination
proctor. You may, however, request a convenient date for the final examination
and “suggest” the proctor
to administer the examination.
The examination proctor may not be related to you by blood,
marriage or any other relationship that would influence them from properly
administering the examination.
VIA
INTERNET: You may also take the final
exam online.
PROCTOR (FOR USPAP COURSE ONLY): A test proctor must present
during your entire examination. Prior to your final exam session, the test
proctor will be prompted to fill out a test-proctor certification form,.
Instruction to the test proctor are summarized below.
Test proctor shall establish the following final
examination rules for approved offerings:
(a) Student to
present a picture ID (e.g. Drivers License) before taking the examination.
(b) The student is not allowed to reference to any printed material.
(c) Student
shall not communicate with any person except the test proctor.
(d) Copying
questions and making notes from a final examination is prohibited.
(e) Calculator
with programmable memory or printing capacity is not allowed.
(g) Students are to return the examination questions, answer sheet, and
any scratch paper to test proctor.
A
violation of any of these rules disqualifies the student and could prevent the
issuance of his/her certificate.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:
For Online examination, your test result will be graded after you finished your exam session. We will either mail you a certificate of completion or you will be able to print your certificate of completion on line, after you passed the final examination.
I certify that:
1. I am the

this page and understand the final exam rules and I will comply with the test
proctor’s instruction on taking the final examination.
3. The test
proctor I suggested, is and will NOT be related with me by blood, marriage or
any other relationship which would influence his/her from properly
administering the examination.
Due
to exam security measures, we will NOT release correct answers to incorrect
responses, specific exam questions missed, nor copies of the graded exam.
Should
you fail the final examination, following rules apply:
1. For USPAP, you have two retakes. A different final exam will be given, and a different passing score is required. After 3 fails, you need to re-register for the course.
2.
For
RE-Appraisal and Advanced RE Appraisal, you must wait for 2.5 weeks to retake
the final exam.
3.
There
is a $50 fee for each re-exam.
