This course is required of every level of appraisal license. It is a 15 hour course to teach the ethical behavior and competent performance by the appraisers that are set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). This course discusses the latest version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and a Student Manual as produced by the Appraisal Foundation. The lesson objectives is outlined in the Student Manual for each lecture as produced by AQB.

Important Notice: This course expires on 3/31/2006, if you do not complete this course you will have to re-enroll with the new edition. You may be required to re-do all the homework and pay additional fee of $55.00 for the materials fee.
